Information and Communications University
The Information and Communications University (ICU) was founded by a consortium of Professors and Directors of Research Centres (at ICU) in South Korea to perpetuate the legacy and continuity of the Information and Communications University through international training and distance education.
This was done after the controversial merger of the Information and Communications University premises with Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) to become a department under KAIST called Information Technology Convergence Campus (ITCC) in 2009.
The Information and Communications University is working in collaboration with National Research University “Moscow Power Engineering Institute”, Moscow, Russia in the field of scientific research, teaching innovation, teaching staff members exchange, student exchange, and joint education programs.
